An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is a worksite-focused programme that assists employees to identify and resolve concerns that affect their performance.
Staff with difficulties in or outside of work can have a negative impact on the work environment. An Employee Assistance Programme will improve staff productivity and wellbeing.
The aim is to provide preventive and proactive interventions to detect and resolve both work and personal problems.
These problems may include, but are not limited to, relationships, health, trauma, substance abuse, gambling and other addictions, financial problems, depression, anxiety disorders, psychiatric disorders, communication problems, legal and coping with change.
Organisations can contract the Centre to provide confidential counselling for their personnel.
The Fullness of Life Centre delivers employee assistance programmes in-person and through a secure, digital communication platform using encrypted video conferencing.
